Merry meet all,<br>Isnt the computer great. Just
today I were wishing how great it would be to find
others who lived in Washington and followed the same
path. Here you are. I am always learning, and have been
for almost ten years. I still feel so new.....and
have been thirsty for others to share knowledge and
experiances with. I havent found a coven, or even a
teacher....other than the gracious elements that surround and fill
my days. I have only casted a few spells...with
suprising results, but am mainly concentrating on my inner
and outer peace, and raising my daughter. Times grow
tough lately....and so do I. Oh.I do so ramble, so for
know Ill say merry part, and blessings to
all.~Nightingale MoonWater

First off, before I begin, please feel free to
let me know if I'm overstepping my bounds
here!<br><br>Founders, et al:<br><br>When Scott and Stace called me to
let me know the rite was kicked back a week, he
mentioned things weren't ready... I realized I probably
hadn't made a clear cut offer to help out.<br><br>Since
I founded our Temenos Circle in the Berkshires of
MA, I'm bursting with files, books, and misc stuff!
Case in point, we own THREE swords, although they all
need to be rededicated as we've been cleaning and
moving them around a lot! I'm also heavy with
accessories, like silk flowers, altar acruments, tools, etc...
Please feel perfectly free to ring me up and ask me to
bring things or find them, ALWAYS! :)<br><br>Reviewing
our Community BOLS, I found two different Rites of
Passage, Woman rituals. These are full circle rituals, not
just rites or spells...very rich in detail and with
scripts. If these will help you, please let me know and I
will attach them in HTML or Word format, your
choice.<br><br>I'm going through YULE information now and I think
I've found a few wonderful ideas...how do you feel
about the members of the coven donating an evergreen
tree to the ritual space? The ritual I'm leaning
towards has everyone offering a 'yule' ornament
(suggested ornament list was included), I'm thinking on the
themes of BLUE and MOON! How about an ornament making
get together? It sounded like a lovely gift for us
all to give in exchange for all you two do for us!
This would be a little live, potted tree, of course!
We could then follow up with a ritual (Ostara or
Beltane)in the spring to bury the tree in your yard.
Interested?<br><br>Please let me know your thoughts, comments, etc... and
of course, if you need ANYTHING, please let me know,
I'm the Research Witch! LOL<br><br>Love and
Light,<br>Trista

Greetings. I appreciate the invitation, and look
forward to getting more involved in the south end
community.<br><br>My name is Chad Lupkes. I have been involved in the
pagan community for about 6 years, including 3 years
owning a bookstore in Everett, Cast of Hecate's Sickle
'97 and '2000, and I am the WebCrafter for the
Aquarian Tabernacle Church. I grew up on East Hill in
Kent, spent 6 years in the Navy, and up until 4 months
ago in the north end. Now I'm back with family while
I'm attending the University of Phoenix campus in
Southcenter.<br><br>If anyone has questions about the Aquarian
Tabernacle Church, the community in general, or
recommendations on reference material dealing with history or
philosophy, I'll be glad to talk and listen.<br><br>I would
also like to extend an invitation for everyone to
attend the upcoming Spring Mysteries Festival, Ostara
weekend at Fort Flagler just outside of Port Townsend. It
is a lot of fun and the community spirit is
wonderful after 16 years.<br><br>Hope to hear from everyone
soon,<br><br>Chad Lupkes<br>chadlupkes@...<br>ATC WebCrafter

Karahkat, did you get ATC papers I left on your
porch with a note to call me? I left them on Wednesday,
but haven't heard from you. If you did not get them,
I have another copy and have file on disc as well.
I can forward it to you if you like. Also have
flower headpiece and rosewater for ROP on Sunday. What
else am I bringing or was that all?

At Rituals....<br>The baby sitter is $2.00 per
hour/ per kid. If the sitter is watching your children
the entire time we are gathered, you are expected to
pay for the whole time she is with your children, not
just the ritual hour. We are lucky to have this
service available. If keeping a sitter becomes a
problem<br>for the Coven, parents will need to take turns
sitting out of ritual to attend children. Let's not abuse
our sitter, so she keeps working for us. Thank you
very much for your cooperation.

A cyber study group sounds like a good idea to me
to, but not on all subjects. We should try to have
"workshop" type hands on things as well. I mean that some of
this stuff I need to see or try for myself to
understand. I mean if someone is teaching the power of
gesture, that could be hard to get across online. But
internet discussions and study sound good to me, too.
Merry Part and Blessed be, Prairie Wind.

I think a cyber study group would be a wonderful
idea, it would solve the babysitting problems and alow
us to be together and still be at home getting other
things done also. Another benefit would be that
non-members can join also. Love and Light to you all. Kat

Yes it is hard to find them. We have started
holding circles ourselves. Because we could not find one
in our area. We live in south King County. I can
find some way north of us. But none close by.<br>We
have the next circle on our Calendar. Let us know if
you would like to know more.<br>Earth

Greetings to the three other members of this club
;) I am a Seattle local that has been involved in
the craft for a few years now, and am allways
interested in meeting new people and networking with new
groups that are forming in the area. I have been able to
"plug-in" to the local Wiccan scene a bit since moving here
from Florida, and if anyone needs a good place to
start please feel free to drop me a line (
triun_seattle@... ). I know how frustrating things can be when you
have no one to talk to that shares your beliefs, or
that you can share and possibly glean knowledge from.
Well, thats about it for now. It should be interesting
to see what happens with this club. There are lots
of witches in King county. It's just a matter of
finding them! Blessed be... Triun

If you live in the south end this is a refreshing
group, young and just getting started the rituals are in
a state of learning and all partisapate that want
too... the potluck and fellowship were wonderful, the
group is small and needs musical talent, I enjoyed the
openmindedness of the members and the open arms of all
involved.. Thank you all who attended Aug ritual and hope to
see you all in Sept. Love and Light Kat
