Photo to right of Blanchardville village dam on 01-11-09. Blanchardville, Argyle, and Hollandale are three villages in close proximity to each other along the Pecatonica River. Argyle STILL has a working power mill connected to its dam. Hollandale and Blanchardville have combined schools, called, "Pecatonica Schools," and Argyle participates in the Pecatonica football team.
