Description
Welcome to BirdKitt, sponsored by Kittitas Audubon.
The primary purpose of this email group is to provide a “Kitt” for birders of all ages and experience to find birds in Kittitas County WA. Postings should focus on issues of bird sightings and identification related to Kittitas County. Additionally, this forum may also discuss Kittitas Audubon Chapter activities such as membership meetings and field trips. Conservation issues are discouraged, as there are other forums for this. Commercial advertising is prohibited.
This email list is open to everyone. We welcome locals and Kittitas County visitors alike.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe, etc.?
Easiest way to subscribe: send an email to birdkitt-subscribe@yahoogroups.com from the account where you want to receive the BirdKitt emails. Do a Reply/Send to the first email you receive from Yahoo groups.
To unsubscribe: send the email to birdkitt-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
Or: Click on the words "Join this group" at the upper right corner of this page and follow the directions. Set your preferences there.
How do I post messages?
Send an email to birdkitt@yahoogroups.com. Please be sure to include enough of a description of the general area of the county that your bird sighting is located so others can find it.
All BirdKitt members will receive your e-mail. Everyone will also be able to respond to it, either directly to you or to the list.
BirdKitt members are expected to generate genial and respectful posts to BirdKitt. Repeated failure to follow this simple appeal will result in removal from the list.
We're glad to have you as a member!
