Meeting place and discussion group for any expatriots (anyone living in the Bicol Region [SE Luzon] who is from another country or culture), families of expats, or others interested in living here. It is expected that this group will attract people who are more at home in English than in Bikol (Bicolano) or Tagalog, but it is in no way limited to Americans, Australians, Canadians, British, New Zealanders and Irish. This group is no longer having regular meetings since most of the active expat members have left Bicol, at least temporarily. Mike is in California, Bernard is in Hawaii, Michael is in Arizona and Graeme is in Sweden.
