You are invited to join the Biblical Concourse of Home Universities™ Yahoo Group. (ref. biblicalconcourse.com) The Concourse connects Biblically minded people with each other to encourage and help higher education occur within families and among Christian people to the extent possible. This approach is viewed as reducing the worldview stumbling blocks, strengthening the family, and minimizing the financial requirements for the highest quality college education. By noting the need to return the power of higher education to the family and church, we also highlight a new home education market. Just as 20 years ago, there were very few home school curricula, there are now very few home college curriculum and resources. Therefore, a large market exists for home educators to develop Biblically sound courses, books, and other resources in their areas of interest (e.g., agronomy, architecture, astronomy, auto mechanics, building construction, economics, engineering, geology, medicine, music, nursing, physics, political science, theology, zoology and more). Of special interest to this group are the experiences (successes and failures) and questions (general and detailed) of students currently working through their college studies in the home school mode. Posting student work is also encouraged to inspire others and solicit helpful feedback.
