BIBLE_PROPHECY-L has been created to provide a forum to discuss topics and share information related to Bible prophecy/end time events from a Premillennial / Pre-Tribulation Rapture viewpoint.

Topics of discussion include: eschatology; global government; global religion and the New Age movement; rapture; antichrist; environmental changes (earthquakes, tornadoes, volcanoes, freak storms, flooding, etc.); Israel and the Middle East; signs in the heavens (UFOs, comets, etc); pestilence (infectious diseases); wars and rumors of wars; cloning; RFID's and other chip technology; Prophecy Conference updates...etc.

This list was designed for the benefit of Premillennial, Pre-Tribulation Rapture, Orthodox Christians(as defined by the Bible and articulated in the historical creeds and confessions), but is not affiliated with any religious or political entity. We discuss other rapture positions here to compare and contrast their differences and gain a better understanding of how they relate to the pre-tribulation view. As a pre-trib group, we respect the opinions of those who seek to learn more, but we are not interested in those who advocate for other positions with a view toward converting us. We have been "ambushed" in the past by those with other views who have tried to change the character of this group. The group owner and moderators want to preserve the group as a Pre-trib group while keeping it welcoming for all those with a sincere interest in Bible prophecy.

A core belief of this list is that the Bible is the inerrant, inspired Word of God. It is the sole authority for faith and practice.
