The Bhavan's Campus, Andheri, sprawls over an area of 44 acres and includes Educational Institutions, Botanical Garden, Nursery, a picturesque lake, a Shiva Temple, and in all, an area of peace, serenity and solace for lovers of greenery. Under the able guidance of Dr.M.L.Shrikant, Dean of this campus, a group of people have formed an association to promote various Cultural and Environmental values among people around. Many programmes have been conducted in the form of Talks, Plays Musical events, Film Shows (Both regional and International) & Get-togethers, and several programmes and Courses have been planned for the future. Some Environment-related courses shall commence from 1st May, 2004, viz.:
1. Basic Course in Gardening & Horticulture - For Anyone.
2. Basic Outdoor Skills - For Students/Youth & anyone "young".
3. Basic Natural History & Environmental Science - For Teachers and anyone who has passed XIIth Class and is interested in Nature.
A variety of topics shall be covered with the help of slide-illustrated talks, demonstrations, games, activities and outdoor programmes.
