Keep an eye on the Bike Friday Events Calendar too!

Your leader Max says: I'm a reformed ultrarunner; I burned out last summer and after a couple of months of vegging went for a ride with a local cycling club. I was instantly hooked. Have logged nearly 3,000 miles in the last 6 months and just don't want to be without my bike. Since I like to travel, that meant a folding bike, and after some research, that meant a Bike Friday!

TYPICAL RIDE: For the summer, we'll meet on Wednesday evenings and ride to Steilacoom for the outdoor concert series at Pioneer Park. Its 12 miles each way and pretty flat, except for the climb out of Steilacoom. Bring a picnic dinner and join us! First ride is June 29. Then every Wednesday through August 24.

next ride, wed july 20
I will be taking my nwt on a camping trip on the John Wayne Trail next week, so will miss the ride. The band will be Gerry Ray's Rockin'Country. Max
