This discussion group was created to foster the idea of open communication among dancers in our local community. The goal is to provide an open forum where we can all feel free to contribute ideas about the business without being judged, and without judging others. We are all different individuals with the same goal of promoting our beautiful dance form - so although we may not always agree on how to go about this, we must respect each other's right to her/his opinions.

We do appreciate your honesty on this forum, but we hope that you will be able to make your points without pointing fingers or naming names, or even insinuating or hinting that we feel someone in particular has acted inappropriately.
