We live in MA and LOVE to belly dance. This list is aimed to keep us in touch and exchange information about dancing events, or other topics of interest for belly dancers.

GUIDELINES TO POST EVENTS
No matter what the format of your message is, please, precede your
message with the following information [three headers]

Name of the event (what is it?)
Location (where is it?): full address is possible, city and state at least.
Day and time: (when is this happening?)

Also, in the subject, include something relevant, and precede it by
the two letters code of the state where this will happen.
Example: MA, workshop with Nagwa Fouad
(Well, we wish....)

I will not post the same event more than once a week (at the most!). This won't of course apply if you need to announce cancellations, changes, additional info, but if it's not urgent, please, respect the once a week limit."

For every kind of posting, attachments are allowed as far as they don't exceed 200 KB size limit, just to avoid blocking people's mailboxes. Please, keep in mind that people who chose to receive the messages as a daily digest will not have access to the attachments, so always include the main information in the body of the e-mail. This warning is also valid for forwarding stuff, if you forward as attachment, people who get digests will get basically a blank message.
