This group is for anyone who lives in the The Beaux Arts Building - whether an owner or tenant. Think of it as a cyber noticeboard with more room than the one in the post room.

It can be used to raise questions about the service charge, the running of the building, items for sale, apartments for sale, apartments/rooms to rent, announcements, local issues, tips and questions - just about anything really.

Managing Agents Rendall and Rittner and The Beaux Arts Residents Association (BARA) are welcome to take advantage of this site to make announcements. Polls could also be taken to provide feedback.
