We are pleased to invite you to participate in a Seminaron `Neoliberalism, Poverty and Social Protection Policies' to be held from 10:00 am. to 1:00 pm. on Sunday, 5^th July 2009 at the National Press Club (VIP Lounge), Dhaka, Bangladesh. 

The objective is to highlight the current triple crisis such as, financial crisis, food crisis and climate crisis emerged due to imperialist capitalism and neoliberal policies. The seminar will also discuss policies and implications on people’s life and livelihood as well as highlight on the importance of alternative strategies and social protection measures to combat crisis of poverty to save the downtrodden people, in particular.
