The purpose of this group is to inform Melburnians of the BookCrossing organisation, of monthly meetups and events.

The group changed ownership hands in March 2009, and I'm sure I speak for everyone in thanking Michelle / Tramgirl for all her hard work and organisation over the past 4 years.

Monthly meetups, have previouly been held bi-monthly as Sunday brunch meetups at Kaleidoscope Cafe in Brunswick and Tuesday evening meetups at Namaste On King Indian Restaurant. Kaleidoscope Cafe is no longer available as our venue, therefore we are on the hunt for new Sunday brunch meetup venues. Tying in with this, there has been a large number of OBCZs officially cease to exist, and Victoria now has only 4 remaining. Therefore, if you are willing to find and manage a new OBCZ, please let us know so we can support you in any way we can.
