This e-mail list is for the discussion of general homeschooling topics with those teaching their children at home throughout the province of British Columbia. Discussion topics do not include enrollment issues (ie, DL program issues).

Please note that all new members are approved by the moderator. If you homeschool in BC and wish to sign up, you are more than welcome to do so. However, BCHLA asks that you use an e-mail address from your regular ISP (eg. jgjones@telus.net or homeschoolmom@shaw.ca, etc.). No Hotmail, Gmail, or other free e-mail addresses will be approved using the automatic system in order to protect our members from possible spammers, etc.

If you use a free e-mail address for your regular e-mailing needs, you may write the list moderator at bchla_list-owner@yahoogroups.com with a request to join the list and a brief description of your homeschooling status and reasons for desiring to join.
