Recently, it was announced that Linda and Tracy Strickland received an award
from a local non-profit that recognizes people who defend the 1st amaendment.
I recently contacted this organization, and they were very concerned to learn of
the Stricklands' lawsuit against me. They were also concerned to learn that the
SOLE basis for the lawsuit was the statement that they had a "false and
fraudulent business address on file with the City" (which was true). They were
especially concerned because they did not want to give an award to someone that
openly violates the 1st Amendment rights of others.
They asked me to send them a copy of the Stricklands' lawsuit against me, along
with the photograph of their busienss license, proving that the my statement was
true. I gladly accomodated them.
They also asked for a copy of my anti-SLAPP lawsuit that I filed against them on
March 1st. I sent that as well.
I was assured that their board would review this information and decide whether
the Stricklands will keep their award.
To be continued...
