In our continuous strive to improve the communication between our members in BVSA, we are proud to present you a new way for communicating among our members:

If you are a member of this egroup, you will receive emails from other members via the bavsasnews@yahoogroups.com . You can post messages by emailing to bavsasnews@yahoogroups.com . You will only see the sender address (whoever sends it out), and receiver's address which is bavsasnews@yahoogroups.com , and no other members' email addresses. Long gone will be that long list of email recipients which you used to receive with the incoming emails. Thus, bavsasnews@yahoogroups.com is the address that everyone is "sharing" like the goal that we all are sharing now.

We also would like to present a few policies relating to the usage of the eGroups:

1. This is a communication method to provide you all the important information, so ONLY information can be emailed out to the whole group. No offensive document is allowed.

2. In order to avoid misunderstanding and miscommunication among the members, do not post your opinion or your feelings towards some individual. You can do that privately as you wish, but not through the eGroups.

3. If there is any question on the events, please directly contact the person who is in charge (event co-ordinator). Your inquiries will be happily answered and brought up to the eGroups by that person in charge.

4. If anyone violates the policy, he or she will be suspended out of the eGroups.
