I have been a personal fan of Battle Angel Alita (BAA) for about two years and its already my all time favorite manga. I dont know many other fans so I have gone to the internet to share my fandom.

If your not sure, go check out some of the Battle Angel Alita novels at your local library (It dosent have to be volume one either, I started with volume six on accident) or buy some at your nearest Major book store (ie; Barnes and Nobel, Borders, Wallden books, ect).
