need some advise, if someone out tere can help..can some one tell me how or what to use on spinner blades to remove small rust spots....also something to bring...
Depends largely on what they are made of, in most cases a rusted blade will be a chrome plated blade which can be fixed up with petroleum jelly and fine steel...

Using a Buzz bait will rely on the water condition and time of day. The best time I find to use a Buzz in the NorthEast is early in the morning before sunrise...

Glad to hear there hittin on the buzz. Low light conditon are the best for buzzin. You may also want to try the hula popper, heddon mouse or the crazy crawler....
