The Bassett Creek Valley Redevelopment Oversight Committee (BCV-ROC) is a citizen/stakeholder advisory group. This committee follows on the heels of the former Bassett Creek Valley Master Planning Committee. A redevelopment master plan was hammered out by this committee, city staff and consultant personnel, and was officially approved by the Minneapolis City Council in March 2000. The Bassett Creek Valley area is located east of Cedar Lake Road, between the Harrison and Bryn Mawr neighborhoods of Minneapolis. List members are encouraged to post BCV-ROC related questions, comments, information, minutes, agendas and notices.
