My response:
Take heart, Tim. The issues you mention above may be exactly why the
group hasn't been very active. It's not for a lack of interest, but
more for a lack of time.

I wouldn't take any of it personally. The idea of the group is a
good one. It may go in spurts for a while. But that's OK, isn't it.
The DSS/SBL wasn't built in a day. I think you have a great idea. It
just needs time to run its course and grow.
