This group is for people interested in the history of Banaba, in Banaban customs and life.

Most of the Banaban people are now living on Rabi island in Fiji, though there is a smaller community living on Banaba (politically part of Kiribati).

Today, while the Banabans struggle to survive under two separate Pacific island nations, the Banabans believe that nothing is more important than the preservation of their heritage and ethnic identity.
