Welcome to the Jaime Baker Customs group. This is primarily a 'learning' group. We invite any and all questions concerning customizing model horses, regardless of the medium you use. We have a fabulous group of artists on here that are very willing to each other out.

As for myself, I have been doing custom model horses for several years now, focusing primarily on using pastels as my medium of choice. I no longer take commissions but do sales pieces for myself instead. Things that will be posted to the group are alerts when I have pieces up for sale on Ebay or MH$P. I released a Customizing book as well that members were allowed first dibs on during pre-orders and the official release of the book. The book edition is currently closed and can be found on the secondary market (MH$P and Ebay). I have now focused my attention on instructional DVDs and have several available currently.

Within the group, if you click on the 'Files' section you will find several free tutorials that could be of use to you. Certainly, if anyone ever has any questions on customizing I will answer them to the best of my ability.
