Looks like it is a Paralichthyidae or Bothidae. It could be a larval California halibut. If I have time tomorrow I'll try to break out the larval fish ID books

On my safety stop at Shale Island on 1/28, I was shooting plankton pictures, just for set-up and practice and came up with this.
