This group is created to combine Azerbaijani scholars, academicians and practitioners interested in one or more fields of economics and finance. It's the first step toward establishing academic association of Azerbaijani teachers, and researchers in economics and finance.
The group members will share their views on economic and financial issues, mainly existing in Azerbaijan, and suggest their ways of solving existing problems. Students, especially pursuing master and doctorate programs, are strongly encouraged to participate in discussions, hence this will enhance their knowledge and research skills.
The official language in this group is English and Azerbaijani. Posts in Russian will be limited to exceptional cases.
