The Attorney-to-Expert mailing list is a voluntary and moderated list in which attorneys may present technical questions regarding their cases to experts in various fields or even other attorneys for answers. The questions may include such subjects as whether a specific case (with details provided) would be worth pursuing, what types of technical issues need to be addressed, sources of expertise on specific subjects, and planning strategies for both plaintiff and defense issues. Attorneys and experts may freely exchange advice and non-confidential information. Membership to the list is made by contacting the attorney-to-expert listowner at iri@iname.com with a request for membership and your professional interest and a summary of your professional credentials. Non-professionals not accepted and spammers or other advertisers are not welcome to post to the list.
