Yeah I don't watch TV at all.
Honestly my favorite news source of late is
http://www.stormfront.org/forum/forumdisplay.php/newslinks-articles-12.html
(hopefully this doesn't get me kicked out!) The number of members
competing to find interesting breaking news means you'll find stuff
their you won't find on campy sites like digg.com
Otherwise I have about 25 RSS feeds in my web browser I check out
including yahoo AP stories. I started using the yahoo RSS feed
because I was so sick of the celebrity ads and multicult promoted on
the main site.
For middle east news debka.com By far the most detailed military news
service on middle eastern affairs on the net but be wary of the source
(Israeli Mossad) as over the years I've seen a number of blatant
misinformation stories come out of them.
I generally try to avoid MSM sources as much as possible or if I must
I turn on my "reverse BS detector" which is reversing any statement
made by the U.S. State Department or NATO and Israel to find the
facts. The recent White House communique calling Russian leadership
"irrational" is a good example as it is the White House response to
the Georgian crisis is the irrational one since they started the
precedence in Kosovo. I'm still waiting to hear how "rational" it is
to send Dick Cheney to Georgia's capital this week(?). My guess is
that he's going there to sign a "peacekeeping" treaty to send U.S.
dupes opposite their Russian counterparts.
