Welcome to the Atlanta chapter of Single Moms by Choice (SMC), a branch off of the national organization. We are single women in the Atlanta, Georgia area who have either chosen to have children on our own or are proactively thinking, trying or waiting to become a mother. We discuss a wide range of topics from seeking advice on traveling with an infant or child, choosing a doctor for ourselves or our child, finding childcare, learning the steps to adoption, and trying to conceive or pregnancy related issues. We try to get together at member’s homes, businesses or parks once per month.

We are a diverse group of women. Everyone should feel free to express their opinion, but each of us should be responsible in how we share our opinion. Please be aware that words can be powerful and we need to be careful in how we wield them, out of respect for other's feelings. Thank you!
