| Thanks DJ, This meditation tone really demonstrates the power of these X49 frequencies. I have found that using this tone sequence stirs up long forgotten emotions (presumably that are embedded in the chakras) that are attached to past (sometimes childhood) experiences... so that they can be processed. I usually feel physical sensations in the chakras associated with each tone--especially the lowest four chakras. This occurs even though I am not focusing on the chakras during the meditation. I usually have a strange (but pleasurable) sensation when I get to the solar-plexus tone (147 Hz). The sensation seems to radiate from the solar-plexus and fill my body with a tingling feeling that makes me want to laugh out-loud. It takes all my concentration to stop myself from laughing and interrupting the meditation. The crown chakra tone also has a powerful influence in my meditations. It feels like it almost lifts me out of my body... it's hard to explain the effects. There are strange resonances in the head and a visual component that I usually perceive as located above me. I would be interested to hear of other members' experiences with this meditation tone. Please don't hesitate to share them if you feel the urge.
