How to Use The Mind's Eye, VORTEX TUNNEL
When u close your eyes, focus in-between your eyebrows. Your mind's eye is a tunnel. You have heard of the near death experiences, right? The dying person was astral traveling. The person dying sees a tunnel, which is the same as mind's eye and it is like a vortex or a portal to the other worlds. First, try to find the mind's eye, and focus on the area between your eyes, while closed. Do not strain, be relaxed. PULL the pretend chain or rope through the mind's eye. Keep tugging, until your astral body, actually the mental body pulls through the tunnel, also pulling you out of your body. This can take a long time to master or maybe not, it all depends. If you try to see the tunnel and have no luck, this is what u should do; pretend that a chain or rope is there in the room with you, while your eyes are closed, after relaxation. Start pulling for at least 15 minutes, as much as u can. This should pull your consciousness forward, the astral body will pull out. Keep doing, just this, OVER AND OVER, every night before bed. Although you can do this exercise anytime. Write in a notebook on your experience, and report to the group to compare notes with others!
