Welcome to a spot of the river.

Your invited to take a trip down the river and around the bend. This is a group to discuss river boat models, river history and anything concerning the river. Please feel free to discuss anything about these subjects or ask questions and hopefully someone will be able to answer your inquiry. I will be sharing stories about my Great Granddad and his life on the Ohio River. His riverboat models are on display at the Life On The Ohio River History Museum in Vevay, Indiana. Please stop in if you are ever near there. You can look at a spot of the river for a thousand years and when you come to the end of that time you will have seen just a fraction of that river.

Please feel free to bring up other subjects as well.
