THE QUEST FOR LENGTH
a film by Gene Rhee
starring Roger Fan and Bree Turner
"Gene Rhee's `The Quest for Length'… It's hilarious, and it garners
the most
enthusiastic reaction of any film of any length (ahem) I've seen so
far. And
the star of the film, one Roger Fan, has to be the bravest actor in
history."
--RICHARD ROEPER
TV's "Ebert & Roeper at the Movies"
Chicago Sun-Times
"…The most vivid sequence of the week (at the 2002 Sundance Film
Festival),
however, came courtesy of Gene B. Rhee's 17-minute short `The Quest
for Length,'
in which young actor Roger Fan makes a comic search for the best way
to increase
his penis size…"

DAILY VARIETY
"`The Quest for Length,' one of the surprise hits at Sundance…
Clocking in at
just 17 minutes, their docu-comedy about the obsession with penis
size is
measuring up well against the festival's full-length features in
generating
enthusiasm - and shock."
--JOSHUA TANZER
THE NEW YORK POST
"…gross, bold and damn funny."
--CHRIS GORE
Editor, FILM THREAT MAGAZINE
Author, "The Ultimate Film Festival Survival Guide"
"…shot with a borrowed camera, with Fan as the lead and Rhee manning
the camera,
sound, and lighting himself…'Quest' turned into an informative piece
that also takes a pretty accurate look at people's insecurities.
Sundance
programmers told Rhee and Fan that `Quest' may be the most
inexpensive-made
movie ever to show at the festival. However, it was also the first
film to sell
out, with tickets to all five screenings going in the first hour and
half they
went on sale."
