We are the Bangalore group of Asha for Education and Asha Trust (India). We are involved in raising awareness about the need for education in India as well as funding educational programs for the underprivileged children in India.

Asha supports more 200 across India. These range from formal education to non-formal education to vocational training. We realize the importance of the community in education and also work on community development when possible.

Asha for Education aims to foster a spirit of volunteerism. Our volunteers come from all walks of life-students, professionals, and full-time activists. Our volunteers actively interact with the projects- monitoring and evaluating them, interconnecting them, learning from them and helping them reach out to many more children.

We need YOU to reach out to as many children as possible. You can reach out in many ways:
