Hi thanks for the input-yes they probably do carry shoes in bag and I was thinking of perhaps glove-ball bag and ball wiper -or anything that might hang off...

You can get iron on tape that is just nifty for things like that. I use it on Curtains all the time. I don't know how easily it comes off, but probably...

The only bad thing is that when you take it off the sticky residue is left behind on the fabric. You cannot wash it out - but I don't know if drycleaning...
