The Billy goat O is a mass start at 6:30 Wednesday at Jodhpur Parking Lot of Kincaid and, unlike my previous email said, does not have a time limit. The controls are punched in sequence, so following is allowed/encouraged. There is a long course, a shorter course, and a white course.
