Aragorn Angst is exactly that - a group for people who enjoy angst, drama or h/c evolving around our favourite ranger. He is the King of Gondor after all, so of course he needs his own yahoo group!

If you are an author, a reader, an artist, a lurker, if you are a Tolkien expert or just starting to explore the fandom doesn't matter. If you like Aragorn, then you are more than welcome to join.

Aragorn Angst offers you quite a few ways to interact with others or get your muses going. Of course you can post fics or art and discuss Tolkien's works. Apart from that you'll find the following:

Naice a Nilme: NAN is the "official AA homepage", so to say. It is a fanfiction archive that centers around angsty stories. It's always more than welcome if you decide to post your stories over there as well.

Teitho Contest: The Teitho Contest is a monthly challenge that has been running for over two years now. All general discussion concerning the contest is done via this list.

Middle Earth Express: This is a weekly prompt challenge tailor-made to wake up your muses. If you've never really worked up the courage to write or you're stuck in writer's block: The Middle Earth Express is bound to get you writing again.

The members of Aragorn Angst are a very open, encouraging and welcoming bunch. Feel free to speak up once you've signed up. Still, there are a few rules to ensure everything runs smoothly.

1) If you post fiction, Aragorn must be in it. For everything else, a fic link is always fine.

2) We have very different age groups on this list. Therefore, M (R) is the highest rating you can post.

3) Flames are not allowed on this list. People tend to have different preferences and we ask you to respect those.

4) New members will be moderated. Once you have posted a message proving you are no spammer you will be moved to "unmoderated". So, sign up and enjoy
