The Ashburton Oaks I (AOI) Homeowners Association (HOA) group is a restricted group, used for communication among the homeowners of the AOI community in Oak Hill, Virginia.

This group is established so that the AOI homeowners may communicate among themselves and with the HOA Board of Directors. Any discussion relevant to enjoying living within our community and taking care of our homes is appropriate. Appropriate areas of communication include questions of a general nature about the community, the HOA, or about schools and merchants in the area. Questions or discussions of a specific nature requesting referrals or offering recommendations for home improvement or maintenance contractors, lawn care or landscaping services, or product discussions are also welcome.
