ANDY'S CHILD FBO ANDY AMENDMENT TO SC CODE OF LAW:
The purpose of this group is to work on legislative matters regarding a Father’s right to the life and health decisions of his unborn child. Our mission is to enact legislation which enforces a father’s right to stop the abortion of his unborn baby.
We fight for Paternal Consent to Abortion, SC Code of Laws,Title 44, Chapter 41,. Supreme Court Justices Kennedy, Souter & O'Connor called Paternal Consent: "Repugnant and Unconstitutional". This was in 1972 and we have come no farther since then. We will enjoin legislative leaders & citizens who wish to work in a positive manner to enact this critical legislation. We are not taking on Abortion, but rather the unmistakably unjustifiable wrong that exists within the current laws, namely the lack of PATERNAL CONSENT. Every baby has a father.

This site is dedicated to the memory of Andy Anderson and to his son: Denver Andrew Anderson. Andy was an extremely gifted and kind young man who was very, very excited to be engaged and expecting his first child. But his fiancee stole that joy from him, destroying both baby and father. Andy succumbed to the horrible, unimaginable pain that accompanied finding out that she had aborted his baby. He ended his life the day his baby died: November 5th, 2004. Let us celebrate and honor him by working toward his goal. His work has only just begun.

Andy was abandoned by his own father at the age of 3 years. His crushing pain at the total rejection by his father created a profound love for his own boy, his son. He was determined to be the BEST father ever! He was so excited. I still smile at his joy at this miracle.

He gave his life for love of his son. He WAS the best father ever.

Andy was 24 years of age.
