Description

The purpose of the Ashanti Linux Users Group is to support, participate in the development, use and distribution of Linux-based and open source software in and around the local community. The Ashanti Linux Users Group will aim to provide a forum for students, faculty, and staff to get help on and discuss Linux-related issues.
The ALUG will also assist the community on issues related to the Free Software philosophy. Finally, the ALUG will offer its members the opportunity to participate in projects with the goal of skill improvement and social, economic and/or technological benefit of the Free Software community.
