"A vibrant, enthusiastic, growing, learning swing and lindy hop community in the capital district!" That was the vision of AlbanyHop founder Angelica Hesse.

At AlbanyHop, we try to stay true to that vision. We also sometimes promote events that happened a little beyond the Capital District. We believe in cooperation between swing dancing scenes that are driving distance away!

Albany Hop is a non-biased, non-profit information source for dancers, music lovers, and those who may simply be curious about Swing dancing or music.
