The Alaskan Homeschoolers mailing list exists to provide parents, administrators, teachers, and communities timely and useful information in regard to home, charter, private and other progressive, alternate forms of education in the State of Alaska.

It is intended to serve as a forum for educational resources, community events and other positive and supportive news and dialog. List members who spam, flame, junk-email or exhibit intolerance will be banned immediately. This is not a place for marketers to advertise their products.

Every Friday is "curriculum swap" day and postings for needed/used curriculum should be posted on that day.

This list is not a venue for promoting a lifestyle or personal agenda. This is a restricted list and as such, the list managers reserve to right to ban anyone, at anytime, for any reason, without notice or justification.
