MABUHAY! Welcome to this E-Group that features management of agricultural knowledge as a novel development strategy. This is also a forum for all training alumni of the non-formal courses on agriculture and related sciences conducted by the Philippine and Chinese governments. The site metamorphosed from ChinaTraining website used to be the venue of exchanges (between and among the alumni, faculty and prospects of the China's TCDC program) into a forum for proper management of agricultural knowledge, and an avenue for various exchanges (social, technical, economic,etc.) as these relate to global agricultural development, The Philippines in particular. It is unmoderated to allow free, fast, unedited but ethical and professional exchanges managed and monitored by Dr. Josue S. Falla, CESO V, of the Philippine's Department of Agriculture.
