Agile Management started as a group to discuss the content and thesis of the book, "Agile Management for Software Engineering: applying the Theory of Constraints for Business Results", by David J. Anderson, published by Prentice Hall in September 2003. However, things have changed over the years!
David's work has evolved over the years with a greater focus on Lean ideas. Most recently he published his Recipe for Success

The group invites participants who want to discuss management techniques that deliver hyper-productivity in software engineering teams. We're open to innovative thinking and new ideas. There is no one formula or prescription or process definition that delivers all the answers, so we want to hear from anyone who can add to our understanding and experience of Agile Management.
