Welcome to Afghans Etc. for Charity. We are a group devoted to making crocheted, knitted and quilted items for children. Targeting those that are hospitalized or being treated for cancer and other related diseases. We also crochet, knit and quilt for other worthy causes and organizations. If a child has a special request for an afghan, all the child or parents has to do is ask and it will be made for him/her. Most of these special requests are made by me, Roger. Of course we are here to help all children. We make all kinds of items for the children, afghans, tote bags, slippers, chemo hats, layette sets for newborns, etc. We enjoy doing all kinds of charity work for all children. If there is a need and we can help, we will be there with hooks, yarn and eager hands. Always ready to put SMILES on their little faces.

We have also elected to add aduts, senior citizens and others in need of our services. We have also done away with monthly requirements and allow members to donate to their local charities in order to save on shipping charges in light of our ecconomy.

Our work here is strictly for CHARITY. We are a non-profit organization and have been assigned a Federal Tax ID number. Our members furnish all of their supplies, yarn, thread, crochet hooks, patterns, etc. Most importantly they generously give of themselves, their time and their talents, all for the children. As you can see, we have a group of very talented and giving members. If this makes you want to join in our efforts to brighten the lives of these young children, then PLEASE JOIN.
