Excellent points! I'm starting to wonder about their claims in
regards to their advertising, too. They claim that 27% of their fees
are allocated to advertising referral, outreach, and advocacy; I'm
thinking the bulk of their advertising targets couples wanting to
adopt, not birthparents. I don't believe they ever distinguished
between how much was allocated to prospective clients wanting to
adopt and prospective birthparents.
