The objectives of AdoptionIreland: the Adopted Peoples Association are:

(a) To promote and represent the interests of adopted people;
(b) To seek improvements in legislation relating to adoption;
(c) To seek improvements in services relating to adoption;
(d) To promote openness in adoption legislation, practice and procedure;
(e) To conduct and/or promote research into adoption
(f) To acquire and disseminate information on all matters relating to adoption
(g) To provide a forum for discussion on all matters relating to adoption.

Anyone may post their adoption-related queries and comments to this list, but please note: we do not allow advertising, the soliciting of adoptions/seeking information on how to adopt, or spam.
