insert a wooden wedge. I tried looking for it after reading your post, but could

plaster interior walls. I have a pair of 20 lb speakers that I'd like to mount
on a wall. A buddy of mine suggested drilling a hole through the one inch of
plaster and into the adobe blocks (like for a total of 3 inches or so) then
caulking in a 3/4" to one inch dowel. The dowel could then be drilled into for
whatever I want to mount. Does this sound good, any better ideas??
