Alpha Delta Epsilon was founded in 1886 by the Alpha Delta Fraternity.

Originally a literary society, it is now one of the oldest sororities on the campus of SUNY Geneseo and has sister chapters at SUNY Potsdam and Oswego.

Alpha Delta’s colors are purple and white; the sorority house is located at 4359 Lower Court Street.

The Alpha Delta Epsilon Alumni Board was created to serve as an advisory board to the active sisters.
