Norm, From 87 and 280 tonight I saw it and thought at first it was a fire. Then as I got closer it was obvious it was just the cement kiln belching toxic

Hi Norman, I personally didn't witness the clouds and do not know why they are occurring.  However anyone who sees it should call the Air District Complaint
