Actinic vs Erol vs CactuShop   Message List
Reply Message #4702 of 5005 |
I'd appreciate any comments on this question. Out site is based on
Astrosell, which has a number of problems, not least of which is lack
of support and seemingly no future. From what I can see if I want to
avoid a significant amount of work, it's Actinic or Erol or CactuShop.

Views? Which would you consider best and why? Which would you avoid
and why?

Thks,

Mark.

p.s. The site in question sells art supplies to people (b2c), but not
to other businesses (b2b).

One thing I would really like to see in Actinic is being able to exclude sections and products from the search. Back to the original question I looked at Erol...

Yes, www.badders.net is another site that doesn't look like a traditional Actinic site. It depends on both design skills and understanding the product features...

... Mark I have used both Actinic and EROL. Actinic is very good for getting a store online quickly - and customisation appears better now than it used to be -...

I've been using Actinic since 1999, and although I've looked at the alternatives from time to time, it still seems to be the best option IMO. It produces a...
