The Right of the People to Access "Due Process of Law" reaches back
past Magna Charta; and it means the Same Thing as the "Rules of the
Common-Law", as described in the "Seventh Amendment". Here-under; "Due
Process of Law" is Equally as Constitutional as the "Rules of the
Common-Law"; and historically, these have all been applied in "Common-Law
Courts", which are still preserved under the Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, and
Tenth Amendments.

Yet un-fortunately; most modern Public-Servants Refuse to Respect
Common-Law. This has resulted in No Accountability over Public-Servants;
and just like during the American Revolution, many Corrupted Civil
Servants have taken this Absence of "Common-Law Accountability" as an
Opportunity to Pillage and Plunder the American People.

But as the "Declaration of Independence" declares, our American People
have the "Right & Duty" to "Throw Off" such "Despotism", and to Provide
such "New Guards for their future Security, as seem to them "most
likely to effect their Safety and Happiness". We organizing this effort
have come to the firm conclusion that Organizing our Own "Common-Law
Courts", and electing our Own Common-Law "Peace Officers", is "most likely"
to produce these results. We invite all honorably concerned people to
join with us.
